Pauline Nunns

Pauline Nunns is a medal winning cake decorator and a member and judge of the N.Z. Cake Decorators Guild. A qualified chef and former owner operator of the award winning Seatoun Bakery for seven years, Pauline has also held the title of Pastry Chef of the Nation (2005 and 2006), and a member of the NZ Culinary Team in 2007.

Pauline has also made TV appearances demonstrating on the Good Morning Show and judging for New Zealand's Hottest Home Baker.

With 20 years of national and international experience, Pauline is widely regarded as an expert in her profession.

Iced is a Wellington based cake art studio established by pastry chef and patissiere Pauline Nunns.

Iced specialises in both modern and traditional  techniques, to make your special occasion cake exactly to your requirements.  The possibilities are endless and only limited by your imagination.
